We like to keep things transparent—kind of like our refund window on digital goods (spoiler: there isn’t one).

Refund Policy - the basics

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. Once delivered, they’re yours—like a tattoo for your hard drive.

  • No Refunds, No Exchanges: Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once it’s downloaded or accessed, it cannot be "un-downloaded" (we checked).

  • But What If…? If you’re having trouble accessing your files or if something doesn’t work as described, let us know—we’re happy to help troubleshoot and make sure you get what you paid for.

We’re here to help. Contact us at [Your Email Address] with your order number and details, and we’ll respond faster than you can say “Terms & Conditions.”

Physical Products

For physical items like paperback books:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We’ll either replace it or issue a refund—your call.

  • Change of Heart? Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. We hope you love what you ordered, but we’re not in the business of mind-reading (yet).

  • Lost in the Mail? If your order doesn't arrive, reach out to us and we'll investigate. We'll work with you to resolve the issue in a way that doesn't require carrier pigeon negotiations.
